Comet Sound AI Just Got Smarter

When we launched Comet Sound AI, the idea was simple: describe the sound you want, and the app proposes the right moves on your Comet Sound plugins. Today it gets its biggest update since launch — and the conversation feels a lot more like talking to someone who knows the plugins inside out.

It understands how you talk about sound

Nobody mixes in parameter names. You say “the vocal gets lost in the mix”, “the drums have no punch”, “the guitar needs more grit”. Comet Sound AI now understands everyday phrasing far better, and answers with a clear proposal and the reason behind it — so you learn why a move works, not just that it does.

It speaks English and Italian, and you can switch language from the settings at any time.

From one plugin to a complete chain

It starts with the one plugin that solves your problem. When a bigger move makes sense, it offers a complete chain across the Comet Sound plugins, in the right order, ready to review with a single word.

It still doesn’t generate presets. But it now knows the plugins’ factory presets, and can point you to the right one when that is the fastest way to a good starting point.

Made for real sessions

Real sessions are messy, and the app now keeps up with them.

Several tracks, no confusion. The same plugin on the bass and on the vocal? It works out which one you mean — or asks before touching anything.

Undo, step by step. Changed your mind? Go back one move at a time, as far as you need.

A clear summary before anything changes. You see exactly what is about to move, and you confirm. The decision stays yours.

Plain answers. Ask “what is Oxiturn?” and you get what it does and where it shines, in words — not a manual.

Still on your machine

None of this changes the part people care about most: Comet Sound AI runs entirely on your computer. Nothing from your session is uploaded anywhere, and there are no credits or quotas — use it as much as you like.
